Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior psychiatrists and other specialists in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Conduct regular ward rounds, monitor patient progress, and update case records.
• Provide initial consultations for patients presenting with mental health concerns.
• Work collaboratively with psychologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
• Participate in therapy sessions, including group and individual therapies, under supervision.
• Support the rehabilitation program, including Ayurvedic treatments and yoga-based therapies.
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, statutory regulations, and hospital policies.

Qualifications:

• MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
• Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI).
• Interest or experience in psychiatry, mental health, or holistic medicine is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy and a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
• Psychiatry experience is desirable
