Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads, primarily for lead generation.
• Handle BFSI campaigns across loans, insurance, fintech, lending and financial products.
• Own the funnel from lead generation through CPL, lead quality and conversions.
• Optimize campaigns across budgets, audiences, creatives and performance.
• Work with GA4, GTM, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and Looker Studio.
• Prepare performance reports and actionable insights.
• Be comfortable managing campaigns across BFSI and other industries.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience.
• Strong BFSI lead-generation experience.
• Hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong understanding of CPL, CAC, CTR, CVR and lead quality.
• Experience with GA4, GTM and conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Agency experience preferred.
