We are looking for a passionate and creative Junior Digital Marketing Associate to support our marketing team across various digital channels. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about digital marketing, eager to learn, detail-oriented, and capable of executing day-to-day marketing tasks that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Content & Social Media Marketing
- Assist in creating engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
- Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and track audience engagement.
- Support in designing basic creatives using Canva or similar tools.
- SEO & Website Support
- Conduct keyword research and assist in optimizing website pages.
- Support on-page SEO tasks such as meta tags, header tags, internal linking, and content updates.
- Coordinate with developers/content team to implement SEO recommendations.
- Campaign Execution (Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Ads)
- Support the execution of email, SMS, WhatsApp, and push marketing campaigns.
- Assist with audience segmentation, list preparation, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance across channels using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
- Analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Market Research
- Conduct competitor research and prepare insights for marketing strategy.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate with designers, content writers, and sales teams for campaign execution.
- Support the marketing manager in planning and executing marketing activities.
- Assist in maintaining marketing documentation, assets, and performance trackers.
