About the Role
We are looking for motivated Junior Developers who are passionate about building software and solving real-world problems. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career developers who want to gain hands-on experience in modern application development, automation, and AI-driven platforms.
You will work closely with senior engineers and product teams to build, test, and deploy scalable applications and automation workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining web applications and automation workflows
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Work with modern development frameworks and tools to build product features
- Participate in debugging, testing, and performance optimization of applications
- Collaborate with product managers and senior developers to implement new features
- Learn and adopt best practices in software development, testing, and deployment
- Contribute to automation, integration, and workflow orchestration initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in software development
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, OR a 3-year diploma in Computer Science or equivalent technical discipline
- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, and basic system design
- Hands-on experience with at least one of the following:
- React (Frontend development)
- ASP.NET / .NET technologies
- Python
- No-code / low-code automation platforms
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with APIs and web services
- Basic understanding of databases (SQL / NoSQL)
- Exposure to Git or other version control systems
- Interest in automation, AI, or workflow orchestration platforms
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
