Project Context
We are looking for a motivated
Junior Developer – BMC Helix Platform to support the development, configuration, and maintenance of business workflows within the BMC Helix ecosystem.
Operating within a
matrix organization, this role reports directly to the GCC while functionally supporting IT Services. The Junior Developer will work under the guidance of a Senior Developer to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance IT service management processes and user experience.
This is an excellent opportunity to build deep expertise in the BMC Helix platform while contributing to global IT operations.
Main Responsibilities
The core duty consists of supporting BMC Helix platform development and enhancing IT service management processes.
- Handle incidents and service requests in BMC Helix, from logging and triage to resolution and closure, following ITIL processes and SLA/OLA targets.
- Assist in the development and configuration of solutions on the BMC Helix Platform (ITSM, Digital Workplace, Innovation Studio).
- Support the implementation of business workflows, forms, and automations.
- Help maintain and improve workflows aligned with ITIL practices.
- Document configurations, workflows, and technical changes accurately.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.
- Follow development standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Build knowledge of the BMC Helix platform and IT service management processes.
- Contribute to team knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
