We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Junior Developers (Backend & Frontend) to support the development of scalable and high-quality applications. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of core development concepts, API integration, and modern development practices, with a strong willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of backend and frontend applications
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
Support API integration and ensure smooth communication between frontend and backend systems
Participate in Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices
Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Identify, troubleshoot, and fix bugs and performance issues
Follow Git workflows for version control and code collaboration
Continuously learn and improve technical and problem-solving skills
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–6 years of experience in backend or frontend development
Basic understanding of backend and/or frontend technologies
Familiarity with API development and integration
Understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) concepts
Experience with Git and standard branching workflows
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
