Role Description The Junior Designer will support the design team in developing architectural and interior design concepts, preparing drawings, and assisting with project documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and revising 2D and 3D drawings, producing presentation materials, coordinating design details, and contributing to space planning and material selection. The role involves collaborating with senior designers and architects, participating in design discussions, and helping ensure that design intent is accurately reflected in deliverables. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring regular interaction with the team and suppliers to support smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in architectural and interior design principles, including space planning and basic detailing.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Photoshop and other AI Tools).
• Ability to create clear visual presentations.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and basic understanding of sustainable design considerations.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take feedback and work within a team structure.
• Attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture.
• Prior internship or junior-level experience in an architecture or design studio is an advantage.
