Job Title: Junior Designer

At Ether Atelier, design is an extension of craft. Every surface, texture, and detail carries intent. We are looking for a Junior Designer to support our packaging, print, and brand systems, someone early in their career who is eager to learn and deeply attentive to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and adapting packaging assets across boxes, wrappers, labels, inserts, and gift components
- Support seasonal gifting collections and limited-edition launches
- Work on print collateral, including menus, gift cards, brand inserts, and point-of-sale material
- Prepare accurate, press-ready files and coordinate basic print specifications
- Ensure consistency across all physical brand touchpoints
- Make iterations and refinements based on internal feedback
- Organise and maintain design files, dielines, and packaging templates
- Support shoot preparation with layout references and post-shoot design adaptations
Requirements
- 02 years of experience in graphic design or a related field
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Understanding of typography, spacing, colour, and composition
- Close attention to detail and file accuracy
- Ability to receive feedback and iterate with care
- Interest in luxury, packaging, food, or craft-led brands
