Job Description

We're building out the creative team at Blends (@drinkblends.in), and looking for someone strong in design to add to the team. You'll own a big share of what the brand puts out every week: launch posters, collab and event artwork, Instagram statics and photo edits.

Every drink is made to order using fresh, local, and select exotic produce, carefully crafted to complement a variety of lifestyles and wellness goals. The menu features beverages free from artificial additives and preservatives, highlighting the natural, full-bodied essence of each ingredient. What you'll do

Design Instagram statics, carousels, stories and ad creatives
Create event and collab posters, from concept to final files
Retouch and colour-grade product and lifestyle photos
Present products and host reels on camera
Write captions and communicate clearly with partners and collaborators

Wear many hats

We're a fast-growing startup, so the role won't stay neatly inside design. Expect to help with marketing, copywriting, content strategy and whatever else a launch needs that week. If you like variety and learning by doing, you'll do well here.
