About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and passionate Junior Designer Cum Video Editor with strong skills in cricket-focused sports graphics and video editing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience creating match-day creatives, scorecards, player announcements, and short-form cricket content for digital platforms. This role is perfect for someone who understands cricket culture and can translate match moments into visually engaging content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design cricket-specific graphics including:
- Match day posters
- Playing XI announcements
- Scorecards and match updates
- Player performance and milestone creatives
- Tournament promotions and social media creatives
- Edit cricket-related videos such as:
- Match highlights
- Player reels
- Promo videos
- Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts
- Create eye-catching thumbnails and social media visuals.
- Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all designs.
- Work closely with the content and marketing teams.
- Deliver quick turnaround creatives during live matches and tournaments.
Technical Skills Required:
- Strong proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Good understanding of:
- Sports typography and dynamic layouts
- Color correction and basic grading
- Social media formats and aspect ratios
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects is a plus).
Preferred Qualifications:
- 12 years of experience in sports media, cricket content creation, or digital marketing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing cricket graphics and edited videos.
- Good understanding of cricket formats (T20, ODI, Test).
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, especially during live events.
- Passion for cricket and sports storytelling.
