Junior Database Engineer ( Freshers)

About the Role:

As a Junior Database Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain efficient database systems to support our software applications. You'll ensure data integrity, optimize performance, and collaborate closely with developers to build scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB databases.

Write and optimize complex queries and stored procedures.

Design database architecture and schema.

Implement DB authentication, performance tuning, and indexing.

Manage backups, recovery, replication, and cluster configurations.

Monitor performance metrics such as CPU, memory, and query execution time.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate databases into applications.

Eligibility:

Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases.

Knowledge of MySQL syntax, database design, and performance optimization.

Familiarity with MySQL, MongoDB, and PSQL.

Problem-solving and debugging skills.

Basic Linux command knowledge is an added advantage.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
