Junior Data Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Data Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about working with data, identifying meaningful insights, and supporting business decisions through accurate reporting and analysis. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals looking to build a career in data analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources

Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights

Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations using data analysis tools

Assist in preparing weekly and monthly business reports

Validate data accuracy and maintain data integrity

Support senior analysts in research and analytical projects

Write SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data

Document analysis processes and present findings to stakeholders

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

0–2 years of experience in Data Analysis (or relevant internship/project experience)

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Charts, Formulas)

Basic understanding of SQL

Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools

Basic knowledge of statistics and data analysis techniques

Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Good communication and presentation skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis

Familiarity with Google Sheets and business reporting

Understanding of ETL processes and data cleaning techniques

Knowledge of data visualization best practices

Relevant certifications in Power BI, SQL, Excel, or Data Analytics are a plus
