Junior Data Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help drive business decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in data analytics while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and organize raw data from multiple sources

Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights

Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau

Assist in preparing weekly and monthly performance reports

Work closely with business and technical teams to understand data requirements

Maintain data accuracy and ensure data integrity

Support ad-hoc data requests and analysis tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field

Basic knowledge of SQL and Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)

Understanding of data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau / Google Data Studio)

Basic knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) is a plus

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication skills (written & verbal)

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

Knowledge of data cleaning and preprocessing techniques

Familiarity with databases and data warehousing concepts

Experience with Google Sheets & automation tools

Basic understanding of business KPIs
