ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our team in Nellore. This entry-level position is perfect for recent graduates and freshers who are passionate about data and want to build a career in analytics. You will work closely with senior team members to help transform complex data sets into actionable business insights.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect and interpret data from various sources.
- Analyze results using basic statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of databases and data collection systems.
- Create clear and concise reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Collaborate with teams to understand business needs and information priorities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and present information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for querying databases is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- A logical and curious mindset with a strong aptitude for problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A strong desire to learn and grow in the field of data analytics.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of experience; freshers are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Any relevant internships or academic projects in data analysis will be considered an advantage.
