Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Credentialing Executive to join our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. The ideal candidate will assist in the credentialing process for healthcare providers, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conducting primary source verification of credentials for healthcare providers.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of credentialing processes.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to gather necessary documentation and information.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Assisting in resolving discrepancies in documentation and provider information.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in credentialing
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
