Role Description The Junior Creative Videographer Editor & Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This team member will assist in planning and shooting video content, operating cameras, setting up lighting, and capturing high-quality footage for various marketing projects. The role involves editing video materials into engaging stories, supporting the creative team with visual design elements, and ensuring brand consistency across all media. The person in this role will work closely with strategists, designers, and marketers to produce content that aligns with campaign objectives and timelines, while maintaining a high standard of visual creativity and technical execution.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Shooting Video for digital and social media content.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Camera Operation and working with different types of Camera equipment.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Lighting, including basic setups for indoor and outdoor shoots.
  • Basic to intermediate video editing skills using common editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
  • Foundational graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator are beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail, visual storytelling ability, and willingness to learn from feedback.
  • Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, on-site team environment and manage deadlines effectively.
  • A relevant degree or coursework in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
