Junior Creative Designer

Collective Creative Labs at Collective Artists Network is looking for passionate Junior Creative Designers to join our creative team.

Role Summary

If you're passionate about advertising, branding, and visual storytelling, this is an opportunity to work alongside experienced creatives and contribute to exciting campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing creative concepts and campaign ideas.

Design creatives for digital, social media, print, OOH, and presentations.

Support visual execution, including layouts, typography, and mood boards.

Assist in photo/video shoots and production coordination.

Create basic motion graphics using After Effects or similar tools.

Adapt creative assets across multiple platforms while maintaining brand consistency.

Requirements

0–2 years of experience (Freshers with an exceptional portfolio are encouraged to apply).

Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and design skills.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Working knowledge of After Effects is preferred.

Understanding of typography, layout, and visual design principles.

Illustration, motion graphics, or video editing skills are a plus.
