Junior Costing Engineer for Manufacturing Industries

· Good English communication skills

· Basic understanding of manufacturing processes

· Knowledge of BOM and engineering drawings

· Good knowledge of MS Excel

· Basic understanding of costing and quotations

· Ability to coordinate with multiple departments

· Good analytical and problem-solving skills

· Attention to detail and willingness to learn

· ERP knowledge will be an added advantage

· Prepare basic product cost estimates for components and assemblies

· Support senior team members in costing and quotation preparation

· Understand BOMs, drawings, and manufacturing processes for costing activities

· Coordinate with production, purchase, and design teams for costing inputs

· Maintain costing sheets, reports, and records in Excel/ERP systems

· Collect material and process cost data from vendors and internal teams

· Assist in RFQ and customer quotation activities

· Support cost comparison and basic cost analysis activities

· Follow up with suppliers for quotations and required information

· Ensure timely completion of assigned costing activities
