Scope:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Corporate Trainer who focuses on designing engaging learning experiences and delivering impactful training sessions.

The ideal candidate needs to be skilled in adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and facilitation techniques across virtual and in-person formats.

Key Responsibilities

Instructional Design

Design and develop learning content using ADDIE or other instructional models.

Create eLearning modules, facilitator guides, job aids, and assessments.

Collaborate with SMEs to translate complex topics into learner-friendly formats.

Training Delivery

Facilitate workshops, webinars, and classroom sessions.

Adapt delivery style to suit diverse audiences and learning preferences.

Provide coaching and support to learners during and after sessions.

Content Management

Create, Maintain and update training materials based on feedback and business changes.

Ensure content aligns with organizational goals and branding standards.

Evaluation & Feedback

Collect and analyze learner feedback to improve future sessions.

Support post-training follow-ups and continuous learning initiatives.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in education, Instructional Design, or related field.

3+ years of experience in instructional design and facilitation.

Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe Captivate, O365 etc.).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
