Role Overview

We're looking for a Junior Copywriter (02 years experience) who genuinely loves words.

Someone who thinks in captions.

Who rewrites sentences in their head.

Who notices brand tone shifts on Instagram.

Who understands why some posts scroll and some stop thumbs.

You'll work on multiple brands across FMCG, lifestyle, fashion, and emerging categories, crafting copy that connects, converts, and creates community. From sharp social captions to campaign scripts and brand storytelling your words will help shape digital identities.

Key Responsibilities

Copy & Content Creation

• Write compelling, platform-first copy for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, websites, ads, blogs, and emailers
• Craft scroll-stopping captions, hooks, headlines, and scripts
• Translate creative briefs into engaging narratives
• Write both short-form (captions, ads) and long-form (blogs, website copy) content
• Adapt tone of voice across different brands and industries

Brand & Strategy Alignment

• Maintain consistency in brand voice across platforms
• Understand audience behavior and platform nuances
• Create copy aligned with campaign objectives and performance goals
• Differentiate between paid and organic messaging styles

Creative Collaboration

• Work closely with designers, video editors, and strategists
• Contribute to campaign ideation and brainstorming sessions
• Proofread and refine content to ensure clarity and quality

Skills & Experience

• 02 years of experience in copywriting, social media, or content roles
• Strong portfolio showcasing captions, campaigns, scripts, and long & short-form copy
• Experience handling or contributing to multiple brand accounts
• Understanding of platform-specific engagement (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Ability to write for both performance marketing and organic content
• Strong grammar, editing, and storytelling skills

Bonus Points If You:

• Have worked on influencer-led or UGC-style campaigns
• Have experience in FMCG, lifestyle, fashion, or D2C brands
• Understand basic visual workflows (Canva, reels, video scripts)

Education

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field
