Job Description

Role Profile – Creative Copywriter

Job Location – Pune, India

You'll be Responsible for:

Content Creation

  1. Develop captivating and persuasive copy for a variety of marketing materials, including website content, product descriptions, blog articles, social media posts, email campaigns, and advertisements.
  2. Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging content that highlights our services and drives brand awareness and customer engagement.
  3. Tailor writing style and tone to resonate with diverse target audiences, ensuring it aligns with marketing objectives.

Branding and Messaging

  1. Understand and embody our brand voice, ensuring consistency across all written communications.
  2. Craft clear, concise, and compelling messaging that effectively communicates the unique value propositions of our products and services.
  3. Generate creative and innovative ideas to differentiate our brand in a competitive landscape, turning insights into effective copy.

Market Research

  1. Conduct in-depth research on industry trends and customer preferences to create timely and relevant content.
  2. Analyze competitor content strategies and identify opportunities to position our brand effectively.
  3. Implement SEO best practices and utilize keyword research to enhance organic visibility and engagement.

Collaboration and Communication

  1. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to ensure cohesive messaging and creative alignment.
  2. Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh, creative ideas for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  3. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to gather insights and information necessary for compelling content creation.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a marketing copywriter or content creator, with a portfolio showcasing persuasive and engaging marketing pieces, particularly in creative or consumer-focused contexts.
  • Exceptional Writing Skills: Strong proficiency in crafting persuasive, engaging, and error-free copy tailored to marketing and branding needs.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail with the ability to adhere to brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Creative Thinking: Demonstrated capacity for creative thought and the ability to develop innovative ideas that capture attention and differentiate our brand.
  • Market Awareness: Knowledge of current marketing trends, consumer behavior, and content marketing strategies. Ability to conduct research and interpret data to inform content creation effectively.
  • Team Player: Outstanding collaboration and communication skills, with an ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and changing priorities.
  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Marketing, English, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
