Job Description

Junior Copywriter — Travel (Creative Content)

HyprOnline | Gurugram | Full-time

Who We Are

HyprOnline is a fast-moving digital marketing agency where ideas ship fast and good writing gets seen by lakhs of people. Create. Amplify. Repeat. — that's not just our tagline, it's literally your Tuesday.

Right now, we're building something exciting in travel — a brand that needs stories, not just content. Wanderlust-inducing reels captions, blogs people actually finish reading, and ads that make someone book a trip they weren't planning to take. That's where you come in.

The Role

We're hiring a Junior Copywriter who lives at the intersection of storytelling and scroll-stopping. You don't need 10 years of experience — you need a sharp pen, genuine curiosity about places and people, and the hunger to see your words perform in the real world.

If you've ever rewritten a boring travel caption in your head because I could do this better — apply.

What You'll Actually Do

  • Write travel content that travels — blogs, destination guides, website pages, and landing pages that inform, inspire, and rank.
  • Own the social feed voice — Instagram captions, Facebook posts, LinkedIn content, and campaign copy that gets saved, shared, and screenshotted.
  • Ad copywriting is a big plus (and a big opportunity) — write performance ad copy for Meta and Google, and watch real data tell you which of your lines converted. Few writing jobs give you this feedback loop this early.
  • Go down research rabbit holes — destinations, travel trends, what makes people book — and turn findings into content angles.
  • Write SEO content that doesn't read like SEO content — optimized for search engines, written for humans.
  • Collaborate with designers and social media managers to turn your words into full campaigns.
  • Support email marketing and promos — subject lines that get opened, CTAs that get clicked.
  • Guard the brand voice — consistency across every touchpoint.

What We're Looking For

0–2 years of writing experience — internships, freelance gigs, a college magazine, or a personal blog with a real following all count.

Ability to write in an engaging, persuasive tone — you know when to be witty and when to be crisp.

Comfort across formats: long-form blogs, snappy captions, punchy ad copy.

Strong research skills and attention to detail — you fact-check before you publish.

Fluency in English (Hindi is a bonus for campaign work).
