About The Role
At Treebo, we're on the lookout for someone who thinks in ideas and then writes them.
We're looking for a
Junior Copywriter who can take a brief, interrogate it, find the sharpest angle, and translate that into a compelling creative output. This role sits at the intersection of brand and performance, so the work needs to be both thoughtful and effective.
If you naturally think beyond the obvious, stay aware of what's happening in the industry, and care about how your words perform, you'll do well here.
What You'll Do
- Translate briefs into clear, insight-led copy across campaigns, landing pages, CRM, app journeys, and brand communication
- Work on performance-driven assets that are built to convert
- Collaborate with designers and marketers to shape ideas
- Bring in relevant cultural, category, and industry context to keep the work fresh and competitive
- Balance brand voice with business goals across all outputs
- Iterate quickly based on feedback, data, and performance insights
What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in copywriting/content (experience with performance marketing is important)
- A portfolio that demonstrates clarity of thought and problem-solving through copy
- Strong understanding of what drives engagement and conversion
- Ability to think in multiple directions before landing on the right one
- Awareness of advertising, digital trends, and evolving content formats
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-output environment
- Strong command over language, tone, and structure
