Key Responsibilities
- E-commerce and Marketplace Content
- Work closely with Category and Marketing teams to convert launch plans, offers, and performance insights into optimized listings across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, JioMart, BigBasket, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart.
- Write and optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ content, and brand stories tailored to each platform, using relevant keywords and consumer-friendly language.
- Product Packaging and Label Content
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product/ Operations teams to draft clear and compliant packaging copy including claims, usage instructions, ingredients, and brand story.
- Ensure packaging content remains consistent with marketplace listings and website content.
- Product Naming and Research
- Partner with the Assistant Category Manager to research market trends, competitor positioning, and consumer language.
- Recommend product and fragrance names aligned with BSOUL's brand positioning and category strategy.
- Website and D2C Content
- Coordinate with Marketing to manage content on bsoul.in, including product pages, collections, FAQs, and blogs.
- Ensure all campaigns and new launches are supported with fresh, SEO-led website content.
