Fashion Content Stratergist – Fresher

Are you obsessed with fashion, Instagram, creators, shoots and everything that happens behind the scenes of a cool brand

Do you enjoy talking to people, coordinating 10 things at once, coming up with content ideas and getting things DONE

We're looking for a fashion-forward, energetic fresher who wants to kick-start their career by working across Influencer Marketing, Content, Events & Brand Activations.

This isn't a sit at your desk and do one thing kind of role.

You'll get to wear multiple hats, learn fast and be involved in the action.

What will you be doing

Influencer Marketing: Find relevant influencers, connect with them, coordinate and help close collaborations.

Content Support: Assist with reels, videos and social media content from idea to execution.

Basic Editing: Know your way around basic video/photo editing tools. You don't need to be an editing ninja — but you should know your way around a timeline!

Scripting: Help create quirky hooks, reel concepts, captions and simple scripts that people actually want to watch.

Events & Activations: Help coordinate brand events, pop-ups, influencer events and other on-ground activities.

Coordination: Follow up with people, manage timelines, maintain trackers and make sure things don't fall through the cracks.

Ideas, ideas, ideas: Bring fresh fashion, content and social media ideas to the table.

Who are we looking for

You could be a fashion graduate, fashion communication, fashion management graduate or simply someone who lives and breathes fashion + social media.

We'd love someone who:

Is a fresher or has 0–1 year of experience

Has a genuine interest in fashion, influencers and digital content

Is comfortable talking to new people and following up

Has basic knowledge of editing tools like CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, etc.

Can write a basic script or come up with a good reel idea
