Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Computer Hardware Specialist, located in Indore. The Computer Hardware Specialist will be tasked with installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing computer hardware systems and components. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing hardware and system issues, providing efficient technical support, and ensuring optimal hardware performance through regular maintenance and testing. The specialist will also collaborate with technical teams to implement hardware solutions and improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and OS-related issues (Windows/Linux)
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and hardware components
• Manage and support network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls
• Diagnose system failures and provide timely technical support
