About the Role

As a Compliance Logic Analyst, your objective is to eliminate legal complexity. You will translate complex regulatory frameworks into pure, binary data rules. You will ensure that our manual compliance tasks are simplified into strict, machine-readable logic gates with zero required human judgment

Primary Responsibilities

• Deconstruct complex legal and regulatory requirements (VAT, ESR, and AML) into a structured DCYN (Deconstruction of Compliance into Yes/No) library.
• Convert lengthy legal guidelines into simple, binary (True/False) logic gates that our automated data flow engine can execute seamlessly.
• Update the compliance library with the latest laws to ensure the system automatically flags missed deadlines or incomplete filings.
• Establish clear entry and exit contracts to ensure compliance checks act as strict Fail-Closed gates, quarantining data instantly when a check fails.

Core Competencies

• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of reading regulatory frameworks, process flows, and binary logic structures.
• Soft Skills: Meticulous attention to detail, extreme structural discipline, and the ability to view processes objectively from a neutral, 3rd-position perspective.
• The Mindset: You treat complex law as simple math. You enforce the No-Human requirement by defining what the compliance constraint is in binary terms, entirely removing subjective human interpretation.

Onboarding & Success Path

Selected candidates must successfully complete a mandatory structured onboarding and training program. Engagement and progress during onboarding are closely monitored and form part of the probation evaluation. Failure to complete required training or demonstrate sufficient involvement may result in the offer being withdrawn.
