Job Description

This is a core communication role working closely with senior leadership at HireDesigners

The role requires strong spoken and written English with clear sentence structure and confident articulation

You will assist in drafting, refining, and structuring written communication such as internal notes, briefs, summaries, emails, and narratives

You will convert conversations, voice notes, and raw thoughts into clear and usable written output

You may be required to speak with internal teams or external stakeholders and communicate clearly in English

Attention to tone, intent, and clarity is critical in this role

This is not a marketing, sales, or social media posting role

Selection process

Shortlisted candidates will complete a short writing task
