Role Summary:

We are looking for a Junior CMS Developer to build, customize, and maintain high-quality web experiences on HubSpot CMS Hub. This role is ideal for a developer with a sharp eye for design fidelity, strong front-end fundamentals, and hands-on HubSpot experience.

Success in this position will mean pixel-perfect, responsive pages delivered on time, well-structured HubSpot modules and templates that scale across client needs, and seamless collaboration with design and marketing teams to bring digital experiences to life.

As part of the Marketing Operations function, this role works closely with internal design, content, and strategy teams to deliver technology-enabled marketing outcomes for B2B clients.

Responsibilities:

• Build and update website pages, landing pages, and blogs in HubSpot CMS Hub
• Develop and customize HubSpot modules and templates using HubL
• Convert design files into responsive, pixel-perfect pages
• Create and manage landing pages with forms and CTAs
• Implement and format blog content and layouts
• Handle UI fixes, styling, and responsiveness issues (HTML/CSS/JS)
• Perform regular website updates and maintenance
• Support ongoing CMS migration and implementation tasks

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CMS Hub
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Working knowledge of HubL
• Experience developing custom HubSpot modules and templates
• Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles
• Knowledge of website performance optimisation techniques
• Experience with HubSpot Design Manager
• HubSpot CMS certifications preferred

Work Schedule & Policy:

• Workdays: Monday to Saturday | Week Off: Sunday
• Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST
• Work Mode: Onsite (Dwarka, New Delhi) with 2 Work-From-Home days per month
