About the Role:
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the alerts console, handling ServiceDesk Tickets,
- Monitoring the health of backup jobs, Backup and Restoration test for Customer databases.
- Performing product installation in non-prod environments.
- Generating Periodic/adhoc reports as requested by customers/auditors.
Qualifications:
- Any Graduation /Diploma from Computer Science background or IT
- 0:1 Year experience
- Azure Administration certifications would be an added advantage.
- Should be flexible to work in 24x7 shift rotations and on holidays/weekends.
- Knowledge in administering Microsoft windows 2019/2022 servers.
- Knowledge on managing Active Directory (AD), Azure Entra ID, SSO
- Knowledge on applying OS patches and upgrades will be an added advantage. Upgrade administrative tools and utilities
- Configure / add new services as necessary procedures.
- Experience in windows IIS, SQL database installation and management.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001& 27001 (ISMS) would add more value.
