Job Description

OUR BUSINESS

Thoughtcom is engaged in the business of brand, marketing, and internal communications for clients in India and abroad. The company is in niche domains and is proud to be one of the very few players, who is shaping the domain. However, being a responsible player, the onus of putting down the operational process and talent grooming also falls on our shoulders. Thus, the role on offer is nontraditional and covers cross functional alignment

ROLE PROFILE

The role is operational in nature and entails working on multiple client accounts that need to be managed and grown over a period. In this role you will be required to manage our client relations with our content and design team while reporting to the senior team members and key company stakeholders. A detailed role description is given below.

Operations

Assist the senior client servicing team members with delivering on the allocated accounts

Create briefs and plans based on client's requirements

Creating the SM monthly content calendar including new ideas for all accounts.

Brief the writer and the designer to deliver on the monthly calendar

Ensure brand consistency by complying with client brand guidelines

Manage posting and tracking of social media pages for the clients handled

Ensure all data and work is legally compliant (e.g. copyright protection)

Maintain a tracker of activities, create Minutes of the Meeting participate in client briefing meetings and prepare reports for monthly review meetings or campaign review reports

Vendor management across digital marketing activities like paid media, website & app development and live amplification

Billing and follow-ups

Team & Partner Collaboration

Oversee daily deliverables through effective task allocation between team members and seamless co-ordination with creative and content leads.

Work under the guidance and direction of senior team members for managing daily tasks when needed.

Liaise with external partners for special projects.

Participate in weekly reviews to understand gaps in delivery and action on the improvements

QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Marketing or any Communications discipline

A minimum work experience of at least 2-3 years in a client servicing role

Sound written and spoken English skills

Process-driven approach, excellent documentation and time management skills

Working knowledge of tools like Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint and Word
