About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Client Servicing Executive to join our team. The role involves managing day-to-day client communication, understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and projects. This is a great opportunity for someone with agency experience (majorly in events) or a Mass Communication background who is passionate about advertising and client management.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal creative, operations, and digital teams.
- Understand client briefs and communicate requirements clearly to the internal team.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and ensure on-time execution.
- Maintain client relationships by providing prompt updates and addressing queries.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or related field.
- 12 years of experience in an advertising/creative/events agency (preferred).
- Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal & written).
- Should have good knowledge for Microsoft word, presentations and excels.
- Good understanding of advertising, branding, print and digital marketing concepts.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Bracket: 3,50,000 3,75,000 P.A.
