We are looking for someone who can support client communication, daily coordination, follow ups, documentation, scheduling, and operational movement between clients, recruiters, and candidates. This is a role for someone who wants to learn how real client servicing works, not just from a sales point of view, but from a delivery, coordination, and relationship management point of view.

As a Junior Client Servicing and Operations Executive, you will work closely with our internal team to make sure client requirements are understood properly, candidate profiles are shared on time, interview schedules are coordinated, feedback is followed up, trackers are updated, and every client conversation is handled with seriousness and clarity.

You will deal with serious clients, not random enquiries. Our clients include design studios, architecture firms, fashion brands, branding agencies, UI UX companies, product companies, luxury brands, and growing startups. This gives you strong exposure to how creative businesses hire, how founders think, and how client relationships are managed professionally.

We are looking for someone who is sharp, responsible, organised, good with communication, comfortable speaking to people, and able to follow up without hesitation. You do not need prior client servicing experience, but you must have ownership, discipline, common sense, and the ability to keep things moving without being pushed again and again.

Your role will include coordinating with clients, understanding basic hiring requirements, sharing candidate updates, scheduling interviews, maintaining client trackers, following up for feedback, supporting internal teams, preparing simple updates, and making sure client communication does not get delayed or missed.

Eligibility

  • Master's 2026 candidates preferred, from any subject.
  • Strong communication skills required.
  • Good English and Hindi speaking ability preferred.
  • Comfortable with client calls, coordination, and follow ups.
  • Must be organised, sincere, and process driven.
  • Must be comfortable maintaining trackers and documents.
  • Must be willing to work from office.
