Role: Associate AI Architect – Claude / Generative AI

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate AI Architect / Claude Certified Architect with 1+ years of experience to join our AI engineering and solution architecture team in Pune.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Anthropic Claude, prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, and API-based AI application development.

The candidate will work closely with senior architects, developers, product teams, and business stakeholders to design and implement scalable AI solutions using the Claude ecosystem and Anthropic APIs.

Claude certification is highly preferred, particularly Claude Certified Architect – Foundations or equivalent hands-on Claude architecture experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and developing enterprise GenAI solutions using Anthropic Claude.
• Work with Claude APIs to build AI-powered applications, assistants, automation workflows, and agentic solutions.
• Design and implement prompt engineering strategies, including system prompts, structured outputs, tool use, and context management.
• Develop RAG-based applications using enterprise documents and knowledge bases.
• Assist in designing AI agents and agentic workflows with appropriate tools, APIs, memory, and orchestration.
• Integrate Claude with existing enterprise applications, REST APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Evaluate LLM responses for accuracy, relevance, hallucination, latency, security, and cost.
• Implement basic LLM evaluation and testing frameworks for production AI applications.
• Follow best practices for AI security, responsible AI, data privacy, and governance.
• Collaborate with software engineers to move GenAI prototypes from POC to production.
• Document solution architecture, technical designs, API integrations, prompts, and AI workflows.
• Stay current with developments in Claude, LLMs, AI agents, RAG, and Generative AI technologies.

Required Skills

Generative AI / Claude

• 1+ years of experience in software development, AI/ML, GenAI, or related technology.
• Hands-on experience with Anthropic Claude / Claude API.
• Strong understanding of LLMs and Generative AI concepts.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and context-window management.
• Understanding of function/tool calling and structured outputs.
• Knowledge of RAG and enterprise AI use cases.

Programming & APIs

• Good programming skills in Python.
• Experience working with REST APIs and JSON.
• Understanding of Git, GitHub/GitLab, and basic CI/CD practices.
• Exposure to backend development or microservices is an advantage.

AI Frameworks & Platforms

Exposure to one or more of the following is preferred:

• LangChain
• LangGraph
• LlamaIndex
• Semantic Kernel
• Vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, or pgvector
• AWS / Azure / GCP
• Anthropic Claude on AWS Bedrock or other enterprise platforms

Architecture

• Basic understanding of:

• Authentication and authorization

• Cloud deployment

Certification

Preferred:

• Claude Certified Architect – Foundations
• Anthropic Claude certification
• AWS/Azure/GCP Generative AI certification

Candidates who have strong hands-on Claude experience and are preparing for the Claude certification may also be considered.

Good to Have

• Experience building a GenAI/LLM project from POC to deployment.
• Experience with AI agents or multi-agent systems.
• Knowledge of LLM evaluation frameworks such as DeepEval, RAGAS, or TruLens.
• Understanding of prompt injection, jailbreaks, hallucination mitigation, and AI guardrails.
• Experience with Docker and cloud deployment.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI/ML, Engineering, or a related field.
• Equivalent practical experience with strong GenAI projects may also be considered.
