Junior civil site Engineer

Role Objective:

To support site execution, planning, and documentation under the guidance of senior engineers, ensuring quality and compliance in all civil engineering activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in site supervision, layout marking, and daily progress tracking
• Support quantity estimation and material reconciliation
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for timely execution
• Maintain site records including DPRs, labour logs, and material registers
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
• Participate in project planning meetings and prepare basic reports
• Assist in AutoCAD drafting and design documentation

Eligibility Criteria:

• B.E. / B. Tech in Civil Engineering
• Basic understanding of construction materials, methods, and drawings
• Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus
• Willingness to travel and work on-site as per project requirements
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
