Job Title: Junior Engineer - Civil
Location: Head Office (with occasional visits to Shirur site)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs. 35,000/-

Job Summary:
The Junior Engineer (Civil) will support project documentation, billing, BOQ verification, drawing management, and coordination between the site and Head Office. This role focuses on technical documentation, reporting, and engineering support rather than on-site execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Billing & Quantity Management
- Prepare and verify measurement sheets, BOQs, and assist in RA bill preparation.
- Maintain billing records, approval status, and payment tracking.
- Support cost comparison sheets and estimation reports.
Documentation & Coordination
- Maintain drawing registers (IFC, shop drawings, revisions, as-built).
- Circulate drawings to site teams and track consultant/architect approvals.
- Compile site progress reports and prepare summary dashboards.
- Track material inventory and manage material reconciliation.
Planning & Reporting
- Prepare weekly/monthly progress trackers aligned to project schedule.
- Assist in labour/resource planning and subcontractor performance tracking.
- Prepare MOMs, presentations, and maintain issue logs.
Quality & Compliance Support
- Maintain QA/QC documentation including test reports, NCR logs, checklists, and inspection records.
- Coordinate with procurement for technical specifications, samples, and material submissions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 03 years experience
- Experience with residential or mixed-use projects preferred.
Technical Skills
- Strong Excel skills (quantities, comparisons, trackers).
- Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
- AutoCAD proficiency.
- Understanding of RA billing, estimation, and construction workflows.
