Role Overview

We're looking for a Junior Cinematographer with a strong eye for visuals and hands-on shoot experience. This role is ideal for someone who understands the basics of cinematography and is excited to work in an agency environmenthandling brand films, ads, and digital-first content.

Key Responsibilities

Assist and execute video shoots for brand films, ad campaigns, and social media content

Handle camera operations, framing, lighting setups, and on-set support

Translate scripts, briefs, and storyboards into effective visual outputs

Work closely with directors, creative teams, and editors during production

Support pre-production activities such as recce, equipment planning, and shoot preparation

Ensure footage quality, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines

Coordinate with the post-production team for smooth handover of footage

Take responsibility for camera equipment and on-set discipline

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience handling shoots in an agency or production setup

Practical knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting, and shot composition

Experience working on brand films, ads, reels, or digital content

Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment with tight timelines

Willingness to work on-location and adapt to varying shoot requirements

Strong communication and teamwork skills
