The Opportunity
As a Junior Chemist in our Quality Control department, you will be the backbone of our analytical operations. You will ensure that every stage of our manufacturing process meets stringent European quality standards and global GMP guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Sampling & Analysis: Perform end-to-end sampling and analysis for Raw Materials (RM), Intermediates, and Finished Products (FP).
- Production Support: Conduct in-process sample analysis and provide real-time results to the Production team to ensure seamless manufacturing flow.
- Instrument Calibration: Handle daily calibration of high-precision laboratory instruments, including Analytical Balances, Thermo balances, and Karl Fischer (KF) titrators.
- Specialized Testing: Perform Thin-layer chromatography (TLC) analysis and purified water testing as per the monthly schedule.
- Lab Management: Maintain inventory of lab chemicals and prepare volumetric solutions according to specific requirements.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure 100% Online Documentation of all activities in logbooks while strictly adhering to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and company quality policies.
Who We Are Looking For
- Education: A Master's degree (MSc) in Biochemistry.
- Experience: 0 to 2 Years. We are looking for energetic day-one ready professionals.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Kannada (Must) and English.
- Technical Aptitude: * Basic understanding of Wet Lab analysis.
- Knowledge of pH meters, Balances, KF titrators, and TLC applications.
- A strong commitment to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
Note: Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru and must be fluent in Kannada.
