About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Chartered Accountant to support our finance and accounting operations. The candidate will assist in financial reporting, taxation, auditing, compliance, and day-to-day accounting activities while ensuring accuracy and adherence to statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and review accounting records, financial statements, and reports.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Support internal and external audit processes.
- Reconcile bank accounts, ledgers, and financial transactions.
- Prepare and verify invoices, payments, and expense records.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, auditors, and regulatory authorities as required.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA Fresher.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or similar tools.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of GST filing, TDS compliance, and Income Tax regulations.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
