Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Junior Sales Executive to join our team, focused on Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools for the academic market. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, engaging with educational institutions, and promoting our EDA software offerings to universities, colleges, and technical institutes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and build relationships with academic institutions, faculty, and research groups.
- Promote the adoption of EDA tools such as simulation, layout, and verification software for teaching and research.
- Understand academic curricula and propose appropriate EDA solutions that align with institutional goals.
- Conduct product demos, workshops, and webinars for students and faculty.
- Follow up on leads, respond to inquiries, and prepare technical and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with application engineers for technical support and training.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and academic needs related to VLSI, semiconductor design.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related fields.
- 0–2 years of sales, business development, or academic outreach experience (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
- Basic understanding of EDA tools (e.g., SPICE, Verilog/VHDL, FPGA, ASIC/SoC design).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel locally and regionally to visit academic institutions.
- Passion for education and technology.
