Job Description

We're looking for a Jr. Business Process Management Specialist who is passionate about analyzing workflows, improving processes, and supporting internal teams with automation and productivity enhancements. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, set up automation workflows, and ensure business processes run with maximum efficiency.

Location: Remote

Experience: 1+ years

Salary: 25,000 30,000 INR/month( depends on experience)

Core Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Take ownership of change requests raised by internal teams
  • Develop, document, and implement process improvement plans
  • Communicate process updates and ensure team alignment
  • Train employees on new workflows, procedures, or tools
  • Set up workflows and automation in various project management & CRM platforms (Jira, Trello, Monday.com, SharePoint, etc.) [Comment - Deep experience in workflow understanding on Monday Priority, others are Clickup, Trello or Asana]
  • Prepare reports, findings, and best-practice documents for management
  • Observe daily workplace activities to identify efficiency gaps
  • Support employee training and development initiatives
  • Implement new technologies to enhance productivity
  • Analyze costbenefit impacts of proposed process changes
Ideal Candidate
  • Strong understanding of BPMN
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Monday.com)
  • Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate, Jira Automations, Butler, Monday.com Automations, Zapier
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to understand workflows, identify gaps, and propose solutions
  • Detail-oriented with good documentation skills
  • Experience with workflow automation tools like Zapier, Make, n8n or similar
Tools & Platforms
  • Project Management: Jira, Trello, Monday.com
  • Collaboration: SharePoint, Slack, MS Teams
  • Reporting: Excel, Dashboards, Internal BI tools
  • Automation : Zapier, Make, n8n or similar, Project management tool Automations (Such as Jira, Monday, Clickup)
Qualifications
  • Any related degree
  • 1+ years experience in business process management or operations
Availability

Full-time (Monday to Friday)

40 hours/week

8 hrs/day 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Available for DSM on every Tuesday at 1pm
