Role Overview

The B2B Lead Generation Executive is responsible for executing outbound sales activities and generating qualified meetings through cold emails, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach. This role directly contributes to pipeline creation and early‑stage lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute daily outbound activities including:
  • Cold email sequences
  • Cold calling
  • LinkedIn connection requests and follow‑ups
  • Source and qualify decision‑makers using B2B databases, LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Personalize outreach messaging based on role, industry, and client offerings
  • Conduct initial discovery and qualification calls
  • Handle objections and nurture leads toward meeting/demo booking
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates with call notes and lead status
  • Collaborate with Lead Generation Manager for feedback and optimization

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation / outbound sales / SDR roles
  • Strong cold calling experience (domestic or international)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Hands‑on experience with Seamless or similar B2B tools
  • Ability to speak confidently with CXOs, VPs, and decision‑makers
  • Familiarity with lead conversion metrics and CRM workflows
