Role Description The Junior Business Development Executive – Shopify will support the growth of TechSurvi's e-commerce and Shopify-focused services through structured new business and lead generation activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying potential clients, qualifying leads, and presenting Shopify-based solutions that align with client needs and business goals. The role involves maintaining communication with prospects, assisting in account onboarding, coordinating with internal teams to prepare proposals, and tracking sales activities in CRM tools. The executive will also help monitor market trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to ensure TechSurvi's Shopify offerings remain competitive and relevant.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify opportunities and convert prospects into clients.
- Candidates should possess strong Business and Account Management skills to understand client requirements, support ongoing relationships, and contribute to revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and professional client interaction.
- Familiarity with Shopify, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing concepts such as SEO, social media, and online advertising is beneficial.
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and business productivity software is preferred.
