Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kozhikode for a Business Development Executive (Fresher). In this role, you will identify potential leads, generate and manage opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients. Tasks include conducting market research, creating effective strategies for business growth, managing client accounts, and providing ongoing support to achieve business goals. Your ability to communicate effectively and proactively engage with prospects will play a critical part in the company's growth strategy.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and pursue opportunities for growth.
- Strong understanding of Business principles to contribute to strategy formulation and execution.
- Effective Communication skills to clearly articulate ideas and build client relationships.
- Experience or interest in Account Management and ability to maintain long-lasting client trust.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of technology and software-related products is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
