Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and generating new business opportunities through basic market research, cold calling, and email outreach.
  • Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and introductory pitches for potential clients.
  • Learn and promote BrainerHub's service offerings such as web/mobile development, digital solutions, and IT services.
  • Help the sales team manage client follow-ups and maintain healthy communication with prospects.
  • Coordinate with internal technical and marketing teams to gather client requirements and share information.
  • Maintain updated records of leads and interactions in CRM tools.
  • Stay aware of basic industry trends to understand client needs and market demand.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or any related field.
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and learning abilities.
  • Interested in IT services, sales, and client communication.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and eager to build a career in Business Development.
  • Basic understanding of IT concepts (preferred but not mandatory).
