Junior Business Development Executive

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (IT Sales) with 0 months 1 years of experience to join our growing team on-site in Indore, MP.

Mode: Work From Office (Full-Time)

Responsibilities-

Identify and reach out to potential clients for IT services

Conduct market and competitor research

Generate leads through online platforms, calls, and networking

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Prepare and share proposals, presentations, and quotations

Coordinate with internal teams for project understanding and onboarding

Maintain CRM entries, sales pipeline, and reports

Support marketing and sales initiatives

Requirements-

0 1 years of experience in Business Development / IT Sales

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce preferred)

Good command of English for international client interaction

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field

Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team effectively
