Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development & Operations Associate to work closely with the founder and support day-to-day business operations.

This role involves coordinating projects, managing vendors, maintaining documentation and spreadsheets, and ensuring that ongoing work across the company runs smoothly.

The role requires someone organised, reliable, and comfortable handling multiple operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and manage Excel sheets, trackers, and documentation

Coordinate with vendors and manage procurement of components and materials

Assist with project coordination

Prepare documents, reports, and communication

Support including logistics, packing, and dispatch

Assist with vendor management and follow-ups

Support the founder in day-to-day operational and business tasks

Requirements

Prior professional experience in operations, coordination, or business roles

Strong working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets

Good communication and organisational skills

Reliable and able to manage multiple tasks

Based in Kolkata or able to relocate immediately

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
