ResponsibilitiesIdentify and prospect potential clients including startups, D2C brands, SMEs, retail businesses, and enterprises across Bangalore and India that require digital marketing, performance marketing, branding, social media management, or SEO/SEM services.
Execute outbound sales strategies including cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and attending networking or industry events to generate qualified leads and schedule discovery calls with decision-makers.
Understand client marketing goals, budgets, target audience, and campaign expectations; coordinate with FyerX's internal creative and strategy teams to propose suitable marketing packages and solutions.
Negotiate commercial terms including retainer pricing, project-based contracts, payment schedules, and service agreements; close deals and ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication, share campaign progress updates, ensure service delivery quality, and identify upselling opportunities for additional services, long-term retainers, and referrals.
2-3 years of B2B sales or business development experience with proven track record of achieving sales targets; prior experience in IT staffing or recruitment industry strongly preferred.
Strong prospecting and lead generation skills; comfortable with cold calling, handling objections, and converting prospects into paying clients through consultative selling approach.
Understanding of IT staffing business model, common IT roles (developers, testers, project managers), billing structures (contract vs permanent), and industry pricing benchmarks.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills; ability to build rapport with C-level executives, HR heads, and hiring managers in fast-paced corporate environments.
Proficiency with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) for pipeline management; self-motivated with hunter mentality and ability to work independently to achieve aggressive revenue targets.
