Position: Jr. Branding ExecutiveDepartment: Offline Branding & Marketing ObjectiveTo ensure smooth execution of branding, marketing, and promotional activities across all branches by coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders while maintaining brand consistency and quality.
Key Responsibilities Vendor Coordination & Production- Coordinate with vendors for printing and production of marketing materials (newspapers, brochures, standees, hoardings, etc.)
- Ensure timely sharing of artwork, specifications, and quantities
- Negotiate timelines and follow up for on-time delivery
- Check final output quality before dispatch
- Maintain vendor database with rates, timelines, and past performance
Design Coordination- Work closely with internal/external designers for all creatives
- Share clear briefs including:
- Objective of the campaign
- Target audience
- Key message & offers
- Ensure brand guidelines (logo, fonts, colors, tone) are followed
- Take design iterations and ensure timely closure
Approval Process- Mandatory: All designs must be approved by Ratna Di and Deepika before release
- Maintain proper version control for creatives
- Ensure no artwork goes live without final approval
Advertisement Planning & Execution- Assist in planning newspaper, magazine, radio, and digital ads
- Work on:
- Ad layouts
- Content creation (headlines, body copy, CTA)
- Creative concepts
- Ensure ads are:
- Visually attractive
- Clear in communication
- Aligned with brand positioning
- Coordinate with media agencies for ad releases and deadlines
Content Creation- Create engaging and simple content for:
- Newspaper ads
- Social media creatives
- Brochures and standees
- Ensure content is:
- Audience-specific (families, Gujarati audience, etc.)
- Error-free and easy to understand
- Highlighting USPs clearly
Event Planning & Execution- Assist in planning and executing events across branches
- Coordinate for:
- Venue branding
- Collaterals (banners, standees, backdrops)
- Vendor setup
- Ensure smooth on-ground execution
- Prepare event checklist and timelines
Branch Coordination (PAN India)- Act as a single point of contact for all branches for branding requirements
- Understand branch-specific needs and timelines
- Ensure timely delivery of creatives and materials
- Maintain regular communication and updates
Strategy & Improvement- Continuously brainstorm ideas to make advertisements:
- More attractive
- More engaging
- More conversion-focused
- Study competitor ads and market trends
- Suggest new formats, concepts, and improvements
Brand Consistency- Ensure all communications follow brand guidelines
- Maintain uniformity across:
- Logos
- Fonts
- Colors
- Messaging tone
- Avoid any deviation without approval
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain records of:
- Campaigns executed
- Vendor details
- Branch requirements
- Share weekly updates on:
- Ongoing work
- Completed tasks
- Pending approvals
Inventory & Material Management- Track inventory of marketing materials
- Ensure availability of brochures, standees, etc. across branches
- Plan reprints in advance

- Always double-check content and details before release
- Maintain professionalism in all communications
- Be proactive and take ownership
Expense Tracking & Reporting- Maintain a detailed record of all branding and marketing expenses including:
- Printing costs
- Vendor payments
- Advertisement releases
- Event-related expenses
- Update the expense sheet regularly (real-time or daily basis)
- Ensure all entries include:
- Date
- Vendor name
- Activity/campaign name
- Amount
- branch name
- Keep all bills, invoices, and supporting documents accessible
- Cross-check all entries for accuracy before submission
- Submit the final expense sheet to Ratna Di at the end of every month without fail
