About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for brand partners, ensuring seamless communication and high-quality client servicing.
- Translate client briefs into strategic, insight-led brand solutions tailored to Zepto's platform and audience.
- Work closely with cross-functional teamsMarketing, Category, Growth, and Creativeto deliver 360 campaigns.
- Own end-to-end campaign execution, from brief development to performance analysis and reporting.
- Identify opportunities for brand integration, partnerships, and platform-led innovation.
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to drive repeat business and long-term collaboration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 34 years of experience in brand strategy, client servicing, or account management at a marketing/advertising agency
- Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, brand building, and campaign execution.
- Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations with precision.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-management skills.
- Comfortable working with data and extracting insights to shape recommendations.
- Highly collaborative, organized, and proactive problem solver.
